What We Did

Sometimes extending is not economical, due to the size and layout required, and then a New Build option should be considered.   This provides the home owner with a blank canvas to work from. 

There are usually more stringent rules for new build houses, and planning permission can be more difficult to obtain, but the end result of a brand new house and fully Zero VAT rated can make this an attractive proposition.
